IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering – Advanced Level, Requirements Elicitation & Consolidation

The IREB® CPRE- Advanced Level modules are based on the contents of the Foundation Level. Each Adcanced Level module focuses on one or more educational unit of the Foundation Level and has been created to provide a deeper understading of the core skills explained in the Foundation Level course.

Throughout the IREB® CPRE- Advanced Level module Requirements Elicitation & Consolidation you will acquire a deeper understanding of the collection and consolidation of requirements. Through the use of certain scenarios, you will discuss the usage of suitable requirement gathering techniques in the areas of identification and measurements that deal with the demands of stakeholders. The optimized implementation of investigative techniques will also be discussed, e.g. regarding questionnaires, brainstorming and field observation.

The second portion of this module will deal with techniques for the consolidation of requirements. Here you will also learn about identifying and resolving conflicts between stakeholders who often do not have the same focus or view. This will help you achieve a stronger resolution when dealing with conflicts of interest while creating or agreeing on the official document of requirements.

Two further Advanced Level specializations are available: Requirements Modeling and Requirements Management.
